Paul R. House

Paul R. House (b. 1958), a noted biblical scholar and Old Testament theologian, is currently Associate Dean and Professor of Divinity at the Beeson Divinity School of Samford University (Birmingham).

House received his B.A. at Southwest Baptist University, a M.A. at University of Missouri-Columbia, and both M.Div. & Ph.D. from The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. He has published numerous articles and books including The Unity of the Twelve (1990), Old Testament Survey (1992), Old Testament Theology (1999), and a commentary on Lamentations in The Word Biblical Commentary (2003).
